It’s simple:

3. How long does setup take?
Most call-centres are fully running within 5–7 business days of signup.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) via secure Stripe checkout.
Enterprise clients can also request direct invoicing or ACH/SEPA transfer.
7. What currency do you charge in?
All plans are priced in USD, but we can also invoice in GBP or ZAR on request.
Your billing currency is confirmed during onboarding.
8. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
We’ll complete analysis for the remaining period and safely archive your data.
9. What’s your refund policy?
Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration begins, since each build is custom.
For subscriptions, unused full months may be refunded pro-rata when cancelled in advance.
Our approach is transparent and fair — if there’s ever an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
10. What support is included?
Every client receives:

Enterprise accounts can add extended or weekend coverage.

Your recordings and transcripts are processed through Microsoft Azure, using enterprise-grade encryption.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
We’re fully compliant with GDPR (UK & EU) and POPIA (South Africa).
We never sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond your analysis.
