These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Stuart Bishop, trading as SyncAutoFlow (“we”, “our”, “us”) and any individual or organisation (“you”, “your”) that uses our website, products, or services.
By accessing SyncAutoFlow.com or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Our Services

We provide AI-powered call-centre and telesales analytics, including transcription, reporting, and automation setup.
Services may include:

  • Speech-to-text transcription via Microsoft Azure
  • GPT-5 analysis of transcripts for performance insights
  • Dashboard creation and data visualisation
  • Workflow automation using n8n or similar tools
  • Ongoing reporting and review meetings

Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Using Our Website and Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use breaches these Terms or applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Current pricing is shown on SyncAutoFlow.com/pricing.
  • Standard monthly subscription: $999 USD (includes 1,000 hours of analysed speech).
  • Additional usage is billed at $0.95 USD per hour.
  • One-time setup fee (discounted for early clients): $1,999 USD.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 6.

5. Delivery and Performance

  • The system processes calls overnight and delivers reports the following business day.
  • Weekly 30-minute review meetings are included.
  • We will use reasonable care and skill in providing services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation due to third-party dependencies (e.g., Azure, internet connectivity).

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration begins.
  • Unused full months of service may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation notice is provided in advance.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • We handle all data in accordance with the UK GDPR.
  • You remain the owner of your recordings, transcripts, and analysis results.
  • We will not disclose your data to third parties except for trusted processors (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Stripe) required to deliver the service.
  • All stored data is encrypted and access-controlled.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All proprietary software, code, templates, dashboards, and AI-processing logic remain the intellectual property of SyncAutoFlow.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered reports and dashboards for internal business purposes.
  • You may not copy, resell, or distribute SyncAutoFlow’s systems or output without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or data).
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding three months.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Third-Party Tools

Our services rely on third-party providers such as Microsoft Azure, Stripe, and OpenAI.
We are not responsible for interruptions or issues arising from their platforms, though we will take reasonable steps to resolve any disruption.

11. Termination

We may terminate this agreement immediately if you:

  • Fail to make payment;
  • Breach these Terms; or
  • Engage in unlawful activity through our systems.

Upon termination, you will lose access to dashboards and data after 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The current version will always be available at https://syncautoflow.com/terms.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
